Ever wonder what people see, feel, and experience when they visit your church for the first time? Our coach will visit your worship service or ministry activity as an unannounced visitor and live the experience of a first time visitor. Your written follow-up report will include observations made from the time we visit the parking lot until the time we leave. You will receive insight about the way your congregation invites and receives your guests, then recommendations for improvement. Included are observations made about your facilities, your ministry presentation, your written handouts, your ethos, and the true 'friendliness' factor experienced. The report is sent to you within one week of the visit. Price: $300 pus travel expenses.
